XTM Cloud 13.9

XTM Cloud updates:

• New languages and language variants: Albanian (Kosovo), English (Iceland), French (Burkina Faso), French (Madagascar), French (Mali), Garifuna, Louisiana Creole. For details, see Language codes.

• New functions in the Beta Workflow Editor, a highly intuitive modern workflow management tool:

  • If a file has been split into bundles, Project Managers can now open XTM Workbench as any of the Linguists assigned to those bundles. For details, see Opening XTM Workbench in the Manage jobs view.

  • It is possible to filter jobs by workflow steps. For details, see Filtering jobs in the Manage jobs view.

  • It is possible to bulk-edit many jobs at the same time:

    • You can bulk-assign Linguists or bulk-edit current assignments. For details, see Bulk-assigning Linguists to workflow steps in the Manage jobs view.

    • Bulk-set due dates or bulk-edit current due dates. For details, see Bulk-setting due dates in the Manage jobs view.

• The Beta program for the Costs module has started. These user interface elements have been redesigned, simplified, and became more user-friendly:

  • Rate cards tab. For details, see New rate cards.

  • Costs tab. For details, see Project Editor – Estimates: New costs.

• Visual Mode is now supported for PowerPoint files (pptx). This feature is in Beta testing. For details, see Visual mode in XTM Workbench.
